Working on the shaping and closing of the calzones.
I am a huge fan of Cooking Light Magazine and love to experiment with different recipes. Recently I made Sausage and Pepper Calzones. They were very time consuming, but turned out to be pretty good. I did half wheat flour and half white and really liked the mix.
