Here we are after the race. This was one of the best Triathlons we did this year. It was very well organized and we even got roses at the end. It was a lake swim in Lake Tyler and then a nice bike and run along the lake.

We ventured to Tyler Texas in mid September to compete in our final Triathlon of the season. Thanks to Bryan and Erica Hyland for letting us crash with them for the weekend. It was so great to see them and catch up. We visited the Rose Gardens and just hung out and chatted. It was really fun.
